Composici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

Composici\u00f3n de Ursobilane 500 mg c\u00e1psulas<\/strong>
\nEl principio activo es el \u00e1cido ursodesoxic\u00f3lico. Cada c\u00e1psula contiene 500 mg de \u00e1cido ursodesoxic\u00f3lico.
\nLos dem\u00e1s excipientes son estearato magn\u00e9sico, celulosa en polvo, s\u00edlice coloidal y carboximetilalmid\u00f3n s\u00f3dico (tipo A) (de patata).
\nLos componentes de la c\u00e1psula son: gelatina, di\u00f3xido de titanio (E-171), amarillo de quinole\u00edna (E-104), amarillo anaranjado S (E-110) e indigotina (carm\u00edn de \u00edndigo) (E-132).<\/p>\n

Indicaciones terap\u00e9uticas<\/h3>\n

El principio activo de Ursobilane 500 mg c\u00e1psulas es el \u00e1cido ursodesoxic\u00f3lico, el cual pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos llamados disolventes de los c\u00e1lculos\u00a0biliares.<\/p>\n

Se utiliza para disolver los c\u00e1lculos biliares de colesterol siempre que \u00e9stos sean radiotransparentes y la ves\u00edcula biliar sea funcionante (lo cual ha debido ser verificado realizando una prueba denominada colecistograf\u00eda oral). Ursobilane tambi\u00e9n se utiliza para tratar una enfermedad rara de las v\u00edas biliares y el h\u00edgado denominada cirrosis biliar primaria.<\/p>\n
